Place flashcardsaround the house in places you go to frequently (the refridgerator, the TV or computer, the bathroom, the door to your room, the dining/kitchen table, the front door, - even the shower (put the card in a zip lock bag and tape it to the far end of the shower!))
Every time you see a flashcard, you must say the Spanish word OUT LOUD and then translate the word OUT LOUD into English. (If you don't know the translation, just lift the card to see the word.)
Every three days, move the cards around, or exchange them with other cards so your brain doesn't get numb to the card and not 'see' it anymore.
The friendly exchange You must arrange this with a friend beforehand.
Think of a question you can ask a friend and let your friend know what question you are going to ask. (they should do the same for you.)
Choose a day and every time you see each other, you must ask each other the question and you must answer.
Repeat a different day with a different question.
OR
Surprise a friend and call them. Ask them the question on the telephone.
