Use the activities on this web site to help you review information you need to know for this chapter. You should do 3-5 activities a day to be prepared for the final evaluation activity. (The activities are listed ont he left hand side of the web page.)
Una entrevista para un puesto de trabajo para un campamento de verano Description: You are applying for a job at a summer camp. You must fill out an application and have an interview with the job placement agency.
Role: You will do two scenarios.
Scenario 1: you will be the interviewer who asks questions and writes down information.
Scenario 2: you will be the interviewee who fills out an application and answers questions.
Each scenario will be completed in approximately 15 minutes: Scenario 1: 8 minutes for an interview, 8 minutes to write up the information from the interview. Scenario 2: 6 minutes to fill out an application and 8 minutes to complete the interview. Requirements: Be able to ask/answer questions regarding:
name
address
phone number
personal characteristics (gender, height, hair color/length, nationality)
Personal qualities that make you a good candidate for the job with supportive detail
activities you like to do
Plans/activities you might do on the job with the camp kids
Formative Evaluations
You will have three formative evaluations in:
vocabulary recognition/retrieval
Verb conjugation and adjective agreement
Irregular verbs: ser, estar
Final Evaluation
